Addresses & documentsDo I have to change my ID card or land certificate?

No. Documents already issued remain valid. The address is updated when they are renewed or a new procedure needs it.

ToolsWhat if my old ward was split?

The answer is marked "Please check" and lists the possible new wards to choose from by house number and street.

API & dataIs the API free?

Public lookups are free up to 100 requests per minute. Conversion needs an API key and is free up to 1.000 requests a month.

AccountDo I need an account to search?

No. An account is only needed for API keys, history and batch conversion.

Addresses & documentsHow do I write the new address correctly?

House number, street (hamlet or residential group), the new commune, ward or special zone, the new province or city. No district.

ToolsCan I type without diacritics or with abbreviations?

Yes. The search box understands "p.", "q.", "tp", "hcm", text without diacritics and small typos.

API & dataUnder which licence is the open data?

CC BY 4.0 — commercial use allowed; credit tinhthanhpho.com.

AccountHow do I delete my account and data?

Go to Dashboard → Profile → Delete account. API keys and history are deleted with the account.

Addresses & documentsDo licence plates and postcodes change?

Licence plates already issued remain in use. Postcodes are updated separately by Vietnam Post.

ToolsHow many rows can a batch file have?

10.000 rows per file. Files and results are deleted automatically after 7 days.

API & dataCan AI assistants use this data?

Yes. llms.txt, OpenAPI and the quick summary on every page let AI assistants cite it accurately with its source.

Addresses & documentsDo street names and house numbers change?

Not in this reorganisation. The tool keeps the house number and street you enter.
